Your only option is to reimport them with batch add. Not a lot else we can advise on as it is the db that holds a lot of important data.

I suggest to upgrade to cpg1.4.27 first, but I'm not sure if it's recommended (haven't checked the database changes).

I deleted "LightBox NotesFor.net (lightbox_notes_for_net): v3.1" and without this plugin it works fine with the plugin engine activated.
